What we do
We compare a home with similar recent official sales and show a reference range, the sales behind it and how strong the evidence is.
Independent
No agent, bank or developer decides our numbers. Partners have no say in any report, and buyers and sellers see the same figures.
How we make money
Price checks and full reports are free. Partners may pay us for introductions — only to people who agree to be contacted.
Your data
We ask for a mobile number; anything else is optional. Only partners you agree to get it, with the home you checked. Withdraw any time.
Where the data comes from
HDB resale prices from data.gov.sg, URA private transactions, official price indices and OneMap. Sale prices only, never asking prices.
How we check ourselves
We re-run the method on past dates and compare it with what homes later sold for. We publish the results, weak spots included.
